Do you have breathing complications, sinus infections or other conditions concerning your health? If so, you might think of postponing your first-time scuba diving. Since I have several years of diving, I know what I am saying and believe me, I have seen one person die from a freak diving experience. When you dive, keep in mind that the fresh air you breathe will be a few feet above.
Relax and enjoy your diving experience. If you are over-excited or anxious, your breathing rate will increase. This means you will be using your regulated oxygen severally. That is why you should train yourself on how to relax while underwater.
If you are not comfortable diving alone, you can join your friends. Always keep eye contact with them and you can bang your tank in case you want to communicate. All the same, scuba diving is fun and it offers you the ultimate relaxation.
